Etruscan jar with two lines

Etruscan simplicity for this container halfway between a jar and an amphora; only sign of personalization two engraved lines that determine the right detachment between the neck and the stomach. It is also produced in lava gray. Jars and amphorae in general are not suitable for planting with plants that have an important root system, but with small flowerings because the narrowness of the neck of the pot does not facilitate flaring. Handmade with Impruneta clay, it is frost-resistant at -30 °C, but good drainage is always necessary inside the container so that there is no stagnation of water.
